Arnold Fosah, MSN, BC-PMHNP
Arnold is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP #95001026. He graduated from UCSF’s PMHNP program and collaborates with psychiatrist Pamela Jones, MD #A61147, to provide comprehensive mental health care services. Arnold specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.
Arnold’s treatment methods include talk therapy, trauma-focused CBT, EMDR, somatic processing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, behavior modification, lifestyle changes, and psychotropic medication management. He takes a holistic approach to care, recognizing the connection between a person’s mental, emotional, and physical health. Through a whole-person approach, Arnold develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Raven Cross, MSN, BC- PMHNP
Raven Cross is a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in mental health care. She is board certified and has a strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Norfolk State University and a Master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University. Raven has extensive experience working with diverse patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, across telemedicine, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Raven provides care for individuals struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, grief, stress, anger management, trauma-related symptoms, and PTSD. She is committed to creating a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care.
Raven’s approach to treatment incorporates evidence-informed psychiatric care with mindfulness, spirituality, supportive therapy, and life coaching principles when appropriate. She values individualized care and works collaboratively with each patient to support emotional wellness, symptom relief, personal growth, and improved daily functioning.
In her free time, Raven enjoys exploring national parks and traveling to new destinations. Her love for adventure and exploration is reflected in her commitment to helping patients move toward fuller, healthier, and more meaningful lives.
Andrea Jordan, MSN, BC- PMHNP
Andrea Jordan is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in California and Florida. She earned her MSN from West Coast University and provides psychiatric care for adolescents, adults, and older adults with a wide range of mental health needs.
Andrea treats anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma-related symptoms, substance use concerns, and withdrawal-related psychiatric symptoms. She has cared for individuals in inpatient psychiatric units, secured behavioral health settings, correctional mental health environments, telehealth, and outpatient care. Her clinical background allows her to support patients with complex emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric concerns with confidence and compassion.
Andrea helps patients better understand their symptoms, improve emotional stability, and work toward meaningful change. Her approach includes thoughtful psychiatric assessment, medication management, supportive care, and collaborative treatment planning. She values clear communication, practical guidance, and meeting patients where they are.

Chinwe Chukwumerije, DNP, BC- PMHNP
Chinwe Chukwumerije, DNP, PMHNP-BC, provides compassionate psychiatric care for individuals seeking support with mood, anxiety, trauma-related, psychotic, and substance use concerns. She works with patients who may be experiencing emotional distress, difficulty functioning, crisis symptoms, life instability, or co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.
At Verdant Behavioral Health, Chinwe offers psychiatric assessment, medication management, supportive care, safety assessment, and collaborative treatment planning. Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect for each person’s story. She helps patients better understand their symptoms, build stability, and take practical steps toward recovery and improved daily functioning.
Chinwe brings a strong clinical background in correctional mental health, substance use treatment, detox and rehabilitation care, and psychiatric nursing. She has cared for justice-involved individuals and underserved populations in high-risk and secure settings, giving her a deep understanding of complex mental health needs, crisis care, and the importance of accessible, nonjudgmental treatment.
Chinwe earned her BSN from San Jose State University and her MSN-PMHNP and DNP from Walden University. She is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care that helps patients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they move toward wellness.
